The Request
Ahmad Faizal had just received the keys to his new condominium in Bangsar. The unit came with basic electrical fittings, but no ceiling fans - and in Malaysia's tropical climate, ceiling fans are essential for comfort and energy savings.

What We Found

Our Approach

Step 2: Third Bedroom Wiring
For the room without a fan point, we ran new wiring through the ceiling void from the nearest junction box. We used conduit to protect the cables and ensure a neat installation. All wiring was hidden above the ceiling - completely invisible from below.
Step 3: Fan Installation
- Installed proper ceiling hooks rated for fan weight and vibration
- Mounted each fan according to manufacturer specifications
- Connected wiring with proper terminal connections
- Secured all blade brackets evenly for balanced operation
Step 4: Testing and Balancing
- Tested each fan on all speed settings
- Checked for any wobble or vibration
- Fine-tuned blade positioning where needed
- Programmed the remote controls
The Result
All three ceiling fans were installed and running perfectly within half a day. Each fan operates smoothly with no wobble, even on the highest speed setting. The new wiring in the third bedroom is completely hidden, with no visible signs of modification.
We cleaned up thoroughly after the work - no dust, no debris, no mess. Ahmad's new condo looked exactly as it did before we arrived, just with three new ceiling fans spinning quietly overhead.
